She’s been described as ‘the doyenne of the spoken word scene’ and the Mae West madam of the Salon, not to mention being The General of Soho’s louchest literary salon, the Book Club Boutique.


In 2014 Salena Godden published both Fishing In The Aftermath / Poems 1994-2014, marking twenty years of poetry and performance, and her memoir, Springfield Road.
