Through Ignite, you’ll learn how to push through doubt, reduce fear of the blank page, become disciplined in your practice and enjoy writing so much more. You’ll also become skilled in characterisation, dialogue, creating dynamic settings and other essential writing techniques.

If you haven’t written creatively before but always wanted to, or if you haven’t written for some time and want to kick-start your practice, then this low-cost, intensive course is for you.

Times: 10.30am – 5pm
Venue: Big Love Sista Studio in Liverpool city centre (full address to be provided on booking)
Cost: £49.99. You can also reserve your place with a deposit of £24.99 and pay the final balance in a second installment by Friday 25th January 2019.

Write like a Grrrl welcomes self-identifying women of all ages, backgrounds and ability levels.

Jane Bradley

Jane is the founder and director of For Books’ Sake. She has a degree in Creative Writing and has delivered Write Like a Grrrl workshops across the North West, as well as other sessions for universities, organisations including RECLAIM, Proud Trust, the LGBT Foundation and numerous arts and literature festivals. Her writing has been published by Pankhearst, Dog Horn, Crocus Books, Hic Dragones and more. She has performed at Contact Theatre, Royal Exchange, Edinburgh Fringe and other live lit events, and has been longlisted for the Lucy Cavendish Fiction Prize and a Young Enigma Award.
