That’s What She Said

It’s back! That’s What She Said – our night of spoken word written and performed by women – returns to the The Peckham Pelican in April, and we can’t wait to see you there.

Our incredible line-up of brilliant women writers includes #FBSBookClub authors Tansy Hoskins  (author of Stitched Up: The Anti-Capitalist Book of Fashion) and Claire Fuller (whose debut novel Our Endless Numbered Days is our current book club title).

We’ll also have powerful poet Siana Bangura, author Elena Morris (featured in our fierce roller derby anthology, Derby Shorts) and women warriors galore, including Sophie Mayer, Suzanna Fitzpatrick and Vahni Capildeo (all of whom feature in our sold-out fundraising collection for Rape Crisis, FURIES).

Plus there’ll be open mic on the night, so email Paul to book your place.

Best of all, the whole shebang is FREE. So you’ve really no excuse. Save the date and bring your friends, because this is gonna be good.
