Margaret Pritchard Houston grew up in America but in eight years in London has learned how to queue properly and moan about the weather. She is a Children and Youth Worker in the Church of England, telling stories, running art and theatre projects, and writing about children's spirituality for local and national audiences.
Her book, "There is a Season: celebrating the church year with children" is published by SPCK. She is also a poet and novelist - her work has appeared in Prime Number, Interrobang, and others, and publishers are currently deluging her agent with rejections for her first novel. In her free time, Margaret enjoys theatre, crime novels, historical fiction, and destroying the patriarchy.
