Penguin Threads Deluxe Classics
You know by now what fans we are of the limited edition Penguin Classics. From the sophisticated silver of the Mini Moderns to the bold illustrated designs that feature on the Penguin Essentials, they definitely know how to win us over.
But even so, I still got all of aflutter when I found these Penguin Threads Deluxe Classics. Each one has been hand-embroidered by illustrator Jillian Tamaki, and embossed printed versions of these cover designs will be available from Penguin in October.
There’s no further news yet on how much they’ll cost or where we’ll be able to find them, but we’ll keep you posted as soon as we find out!

Possibly because pink is my favourite colour, these are simply the most gorgeous covers I’ve seen! And because I can hardly sew a button on, I am SO impressed with the hand embroidery. It’s more like art than a book cover! Beautiful!
