Paperback Reader

I came across Claire Boyle‘s booksy blog, Paperback Reader, via another of our favourites, Nonsuch Book. And since then I’ve spent many a happy hour browsing Claire’s book reviews, the assorted entries about Persephone Books, and perving over her colour-coded bookshelves.
In this summary of recent acquisitions, we spied a handful of books that we’ve featured here on For Books’ Sake too, including Angela Carter‘s Wayward Girls & Wicked Women, Curtis Sittenfeld‘s Prep, Tamara Drewe by Posy Simmonds and Andrea Eames‘ forthcoming début novel, The Cry of the Go-Away Bird. Shows what good taste we both share, eh?
For more from Claire, head on over to Paperback Reader, or follow her on Twitter.
Do you have a favourite books-themed blog that we haven’t featured yet? Tell us in the comments if so, then we’ll have a nosey at them and maybe include them in this series in the future…
