For Books’ Sake Presents: Ladyfest Ten Fundraiser (Up North)
I’m sure you all heard what an amazing time was had at the For Books’ Sake Presents: Lit at Ladyfest Ten fundraiser (if you didn’t, read all about it here), but why should London get all the fun? That’s right, the quiz is heading up North!
On Friday 10th September join us at The Deaf Institute, Manchester, for a night of music, merriment and another round of the hugely popular Literary Pub Quiz to raise money for Ladyfest Ten. There will be goodies to be won, music to make your ears happy and toes tappy (and I promise, no more rhymes like that), and we might even treat you to some cake! The quiz covers all genres and has rounds to please everyone, so whether you’re wanting to swot up on the classics, dust off your tattered Beat novels or just sit back with a drink or two and see where the quiz takes you, you’re sure to have a great night.
7pm – late, £4 entry.
