Ace Stories with Cathi Unsworth

Ace Stories by Tight Lip Brighton

If you’ve been paying attention, you’ll know by now how much I love crime noir queen Cathi Unsworth. And if going to see her read live means an excuse for an adventure to the seaside, then so much the better. So this weekend, Sunday 13th June, we’re off to the Hotel Pelirocco in Brighton from 6-8pm for the launch event of Ace Stories, a season of literature and music events over the summer. As well as a performance from Cathi, there’ll also be readings from Brighton novelist Howard Cunnell and short story writer Heli Clarke, as well as live blues from local legend Slim Lightfoot.

Entry is a snip at £3 on the door, handily saving you some pennies for their special offers on Buffalo Trace Kentucky bourbon during the event. Brighton, bourbon, blues and books. What more could you want?
